Polly S. Nichols, DDS, MA
DR. POLLY S NICHOLS
Polly S. Nichols, DDS, MA is a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Mission service was an integral part of her LLUSD experience and included providing dentistry in Malawi, Brazil, Fiji, Thailand and Mexico. During her senior year at LLUSD she was named Student of the Year and was recognized by the American Association of Women Dentists.
After earning her DDS, Dr. Nichols served as a clinical instructor for the restorative department at LLUSD, as well as working for the pediatric and oral surgery departments. During this time she completed her MA in Biomedical and Clinical Ethics from the Loma Linda University Graduate School. Dr. Nichols co-authored the ethics column in the Journal of the Academy of General Dentistry for five years.
Dr. Nichols' special areas of interest include esthetic restorative procedures and implants, including advanced training in mini implants for denture stabilization. Outside the office Dr. Nichols enjoys reading, cooking and making music with the rest of the family (she plays violin, piano and organ).
Dr. Nichols graduated from Atlantic Union College with a BA in biology, magna cum laude. She is married to Timothy Nichols, MBA and they have four children, Summer Rose, Timothy Ethan, Katie Grace and Emily Lorena.
