Polly S. Nichols, DDS, MA is a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Mission service was an integral part of her LLUSD experience and included providing dentistry in Malawi, Brazil, Fiji, Thailand, and Mexico. During her senior year at LLUSD, she was named Student of the Year and was recognized by the American Association of Women Dentists.

Prior to joining Topsham Dental Arts in 2015, Dr. Houmann practiced in Hagerstown, Maryland for 14 years. During his professional career, he and his family served six years in Rwanda and Malawi. Short-term dental missions have included Ethiopia, Russia, and Argentina. He has also been actively involved in helping the underprivileged through Convoy of Hope, prison ministry and at the Oasis Dental Clinic in Brunswick, ME.

Following graduation he practiced for two years as an officer in the US Public Health Service attached to the Ninth District Coast Guard. Twenty-four years of private practice in Claremont, NH followed. During this time, Dr. Sprague served as president of the Grafton-Sullivan County Dental Society, president of the Sullivan County unit of the American Cancer Society and on the NH Division Board of the American Cancer Society.
